I had the honor to work with the amazing team that creates the hit CBS* television show FBI collaborating to create 84 episodes over five seasons. From the creative teams in Los Angeles writing the scripts, the directors and producers in New York that guide the process, to the amazing production designer Malchus Janocko and everyone else who collaborate week in and week out to make the shows visually stimulating and exciting.
As the art director I worked closely with Malchus Janocko to help him realize the world that is on the pages of the scripts and in the mind of directors. We transformed the stage directions into physical spaces for the actors. Interiors of luxury homes, murky and dingy basements, high tech FBI offices , even and entire New York City backlot with row houses, subway entrances and storefronts. I oversaw and managed it all. Build drawings, renders, material samples, budgets, and all on short time lines. Every 2 weeks we created new worlds as required by the scripts. It was exhilarating work and I am excited to share of images of that work with you here.
